CBS Craig Business Solutions Ltd was established in 2006 as a company through which its founder Gill Craig delivers a range of successful cross-functional interim management and consulting projects. We also have a range of successful and experienced professionals that provides additional resources together with a depth in all aspects of the business world.
We specialise in assisting organisations with problem solving and maximising their businesses potential. A successful manager and director with 20 years'experience as a business and finance transformation executive with a consistent record of organisational troubleshooting, financial management and operational leadership.
Gill is passionate about helping SME's achieve their objectives and potential; always striving for significant improvements and successful achievements. She developed and drove forward plans that grew a company's turnover 20% year on year; focusing on people resulted in turning around staff retention by 40%; her multi-disciplined and emphasis on the overall picture has resulted in increased turnover and cost reduction of between 10 to 15%.
She has worked with a diverse range of organisations and she has gained deep sector experience in construction, sub-contracting, development, leisure & hospitality, retail & wholesale; other service industries and education & training.
